The stick work inside an Aviator sortie

I have not put a binary on this manifest, so this note does not pretend to be a flight I took. It is a reading of the loop 1945 Air Force: Airplane Games prints on its own App Store card, checked 23 September 2026.

What the card says the game is

The subtitle on the listing is a classic arcade sky shooter. The longer text calls the fights bullet-hell dogfights and places them on WWII battlefields. That is a vertical arcade shooter, the old 1945 shape, not a cockpit simulator with a fuel planner.

The campaign it counts

The listing claims more than 900 handcrafted missions, swarms of fighters, and boss planes. I cannot verify the count from inside the app on this page. I can tell you the number is the developer's, published on the card, and that the current build is 15.80 from 21 September 2026 with the note "fix some bugs".

Planes and the rooms around them

More than 60 aircraft are listed as unlockable and upgradeable, from the USA, the UK, Germany, Japan, and the USSR, fighters through bombers. Around that, the card names real-time PvP, global leaderboards, a clan or squadron system, team missions, events, and offline play. Game Center achievements are marked on.

What I will not invent

There is no diagram of the stick, no published map of buttons, and no install total. The price line is free with in-app purchases. A starter pack is named on the card, including a Grumman F6F Hellcat, an XF5F Skyrocket, and a B-52, at $2.99. I am not turning that into a shop. The rating beside all of this is 4.8 from 431,424 ratings.
