These terms cover use of casagoya.com, published by Casa Goya, 12 Darcy Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia.

Acceptance

Reading the pages is enough to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, leave the site. The App Store has its own terms, and they apply once you follow a store link.

What This Site Provides

Casa Goya publishes a written reading of one public listing, plus stills taken from that listing. It is not the game, not a store, and not a place to install software. Facts are dated. They can go stale when the developer ships a new build.

Third-Party Stores and Apps

Links to the App Store use a new tab. We do not control Apple's pages, FALCON GAMES, in-app purchases, or the binary. Names and artwork remain the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with them.

Intellectual Property

The text on this manifest is ours. The app name, icon, and screenshots are used so you can recognise the listing they came from. You may not copy the site's pages and present them as your own record.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The pages are provided as a reading of a public card on 23 September 2026. We do not warrant that the listing, the price, the rating, or the version will stay as printed. The game may differ from the sentences on this site.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent Australian law allows, Casa Goya is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from following a store link, or from anything that happens inside the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may replace these terms by updating this page. The next visit is under the new text.
